Otherwise, the quickest way for you to order a different colour or size is via our website. You can also call us on 0871 231 2000 (calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company's access charge). Lines are open 7am-10pm Monday to Friday, and 8am-10pm on weekends.
Once you've returned your unwanted item, please allow up to 7 days for it to be credited back to your account. If you paid by card originally, please allow a further 5 working days for your card to be credited.
