To return your item(s), go to My Account, select Orders & Returns, then choose View order & return. If the item is eligible for return, you'll see a Create a return button.
Orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
If you need some guidance, please see the steps below.
If you're returning items from more than one order, you'll need to arrange a separate return for each order. Once you've done that, you can pack all the items together in one parcel and use a single return label.
1
WHAT TYPE OF ITEM ARE YOU RETURNING?
If you need to return a large item not delivered by Evri (furniture, white goods etc.) or a tech item, please fill in our online form and we'll get back to you on how to arrange this.
If you need to return any other item, please arrange your return through My Account.
Additionally, please check our return policy as some items can only be returned if they're faulty.
2
PUT YOUR ADVICE NOTE IN THE PARCEL
If you no longer have this, don't worry! Just put a note inside the parcel with a brief description of why you're returning the order. Remember to include your customer number - this will be in the format A1234567.
3
REPACKAGE YOUR ORDER
Make sure you remove or cover up the original address label on the packaging.
If you don't have the original packaging, pop your order in something sealable and waterproof.
4
ARRANGE YOUR RETURN
Log into your online account, select Orders & Returns, then View order & return. You can also use our portal to do this - but make sure you have your order number ready.
You can:
- Drop off your parcel at your local ParcelShop, ASDA store or locker
Please opt for a drop-off if you don't have a printer - we'll send you a QR code so you can print your return label when you get there.
- Schedule a collection from your chosen address
Unless you're organising a Royal Mail collection, you'll need access to a printer to use this option. For large items delivered by Evri, select Yodel as your returns method - you'll need multiple labels if you're returning multiple large items.
5
ATTACH YOUR RETURN LABEL
Once you've completed Step 4, you'll be able to download your return label - just hit Download your label.
Unless you've arranged a Royal Mail collection, this label must be attached to your parcel - whether you print it at home, or at your local ParcelShop / locker using the QR code.
6
GET PROOF OF RETURN
Make sure you get proof of your return, and keep it safe until your refund has been processed.
For some return methods, your receipt will be emailed to you - make sure you keep it safe.
Need to track your return?
Once your return is on its way, you'll receive an email with a link to find your tracking information with your chosen return method.
If you don't receive this email, make sure you've checked your spam/junk folder.
We'll also email you once your return is back at our warehouse.
