Remember: please keep your returns receipt safe until we've received your parcel – this can take up to 7 days. If you paid by card, please allow a further 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
Don't have the original packaging? No problem! Just use a suitable alternative to pack the items. If you haven't kept the advice note, make sure you include a note inside with your name, address, account number, item numbers and the reason you're sending them back.
You can request a collection by signing in to our website, clicking 'My Account', then selecting 'Arrange a Return'. You can also call us on 0345 071 9018. Your courier will pick up the parcel within 2 working days of the request.
Don't forget to attach the Hermes return label (on the bottom of your advice note) to the outside of your parcel. If needed, you can print off a replacement by going to the website below and filling in the required details:

If for any reason you don't have a return label in your parcel, you can print off a replacement by going to the website below and filling in the required details:

If you don't have the label anymore, don't worry! You can print a replacement by signing in to your account and clicking 'Arrange a Return'.
