We understand that this is a worrying, uncertain time for many people and we're here to support you.
If your ability to make your minimum payment has been temporarily affected by the Coronavirus outbreak (due to the loss of/reduction in your income, or income of other members of your household), you can apply for an initial payment deferral of up to 3 statement periods. We’re offering this option up until 31 March 2021. If you are still in need of assistance after the initial deferral, further tailored support is available.
Our specialist advisors will work with you to determine whether a deferral is the best solution for your individual situation.
NOTE: If your initial payment deferral has now expired and you’re still unable to make your minimum payment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. You may be eligible to apply for a 3-month extension.
Whilst your payments are deferred your credit account will be placed on hold; you will not be able to place any orders using your credit facility. You will not be charged any interest, and the deferral will not negatively impact your credit file. However, please bear in mind that other lenders’ criteria for lending decisions may differ to ours.
To apply for a payment deferral, please click here and fill in your details. You’ll receive an automated reply to confirm that we've received your application.
Please don't submit any sensitive information, such as your card details.
We’ll get back to you as soon as we can to offer help and support. Please allow up to 7 working days for our response.
