The Evri app will make your shopping experience even more convenient! You can:
- Use the ‘My Places’ function to provide delivery instructions if you're not going to be in. You can even upload a photo of your chosen safe place to help your courier when they call round.
- Track your parcel right up to the point of delivery
- Request a courier collection
- Look up your nearest ParcelShop and Evri Locker locations to help you return items
- Divert your parcel to a nearby Parcelshop, safe place or neighbour.
Additionally, if you need a replacement return label, you can request a QR code to print one at your local ParcelShop.
Just select 'Google Play Store' or 'App Store' to download the app.
