If you placed an order on figleaves.com, our usual free returns process still applies. You have 28 days to return your item.
Please note: we can only refund items returned in their original condition (unworn & with labels attached).
Firstly, you'll need to find your Figleaves Order ID. This can be found:
- On the despatch note included in your parcel
- On your “Shipping confirmation” sent from @fashion-update.figleaves.com
- On your original order confirmation from email@example.com
Complete your returns slip and include it in the parcel.
Please note: we can only provide refunds at this time; we cannot arrange for replacements/exchanges due to stock availability.
If you can’t find your returns slip, please include a note with your ID in the parcel.
Please go to https://www.myhermes.co.uk/return#/ to create your free return and print a label. You can take your parcel to your local Hermes ParcelShop, or arrange for a Hermes courier to collect it from you.
No printer? No problem! You can print your return label at the ParcelShop.
Make you sure you retain your proof of postage, and please allow approximately 7 working days (from receipt of your return) for your return to be processed.
