Please note: Sometimes our refund will appear on your card statement on the original transaction date, rather than the date the refund was actually issued (e.g. if you paid for the goods on the 1st of the month, and we subsequently refunded you for these on the 20th, the refund would actually show on your card as the 1st, not the 20th).
This means that if you've received a paper statement covering the payment date (e.g. the 1st), by the time we submit the refund (e.g. the 20th), the refund won't show on there. Don't worry though: your card issuer will be able to confirm that the refund has been processed.
