How do I view my previous statements online?

You can view all of your previous statements using your online account - just go to My Account and follow the steps below:

Web

Select 'Statements'.

Then select 'Previous statements'.

Then select the statement date you'd like to view - this will be downloaded as a PDF.

Mobile

Select 'View account'.

Scroll down to 'Account management' and select 'Statements'.

Then select 'Previous statements'.

Then select the statement date you'd like to view - this will be downloaded as a PDF.

Please note:
You might be asked to allow access to your photo/media library - don't worry, this is just so your chosen statement can be downloaded to your device.
