- Your app version number (this can be found in the account section at the bottom of your screen)
- Your device (e.g. iPhone, Android)
- The operating system of your device (this can be found in your device settings, normally under 'About this device')
- Whether you were on Wi-Fi or 4G/3G/2G
- Any error messages you received
