eStatements are digital versions of your account statements, delivered securely online instead of by post. They give you instant access to your account information anytime, anywhere—no waiting for the post.
What does my eStatement include?
Your eStatement shows you everything you need to know about your account at a glance:
- Your current balance
- Next payment due date
- Minimum payment amount
- Orders & returns history
- Credit limit and APR
How do I switch to (or from) eStatements?
Go to My Account > Statements to opt in to eStatements, switch back to paper statements, or update your delivery preferences at any time.
How do I view my eStatements?
You can view your eStatements in two ways:
- Online: Log in and go to My Account > Statements
- Mobile app: Use our app on iOS or Android to view statements on the go
How will I know when a new statement is ready?
We'll email your registered email address as soon as your latest statement is available to view online.
We'll also email you about other important account updates. Every email we send will clearly explain what, if anything, you need to do, along with simple step-by-step instructions. Some emails are purely informational; others may ask you to log in, verify your details, or take a specific action on your account.
Keeping your email address up to date
So you don't miss anything important, make sure you:
- Keep your registered email address current
- Update it straight away in My Account > Personal Details if it changes
- Add our official email address, https://info@simplybe.e-comms.net, to your contacts so our messages don't end up in your junk folder
Staying secure
We will never ask for your account password. We'll only ever request information that's relevant to your specific enquiry. If you're ever unsure whether a message from us is genuine, stay alert to potential fraud and contact us directly to check.
