The item may still be on its way to you, in a separate parcel. Here's what you need to do to check this:
- Sign in to your online account
- Go to 'Orders'
- Select 'View order' on the required order
- You'll see a list of the items you ordered - if your order was split into separate parcels, select 'Track' on the required parcel to check the delivery status.
